In 2002, K&A was referred to Walker & Dunlop by their outside audit firm, Beers & Cutler, as a possible fit to conduct a search for a Chief Financial Officer after their long-standing CFO decided to retire. After completing this search and several others, K&A was retained to as a long-term strategic partner to help identify leaders in the various geographies and market verticals that would help expand the firm’s service offerings and foot print.
Over a 10 year plus period K&A has recruited close to 100 professionals throughout the country within various lines of business including production roles within multi family finance, capital markets and investment sales as well as select corporate roles.
