Nicole Huque co-leads K&A’s Global Aviation, Aerospace & Defense practice and is responsible for the firm’s strategy and growth in the North America market. She specializes in board, CEO, and senior executive recruitment, primarily focused on the Aviation, Aerospace & Defense, Transportation, and broader Industrials sectors. Her clients include the world’s leading Aerospace OEM’s, defense prime contractors, major US airlines, and top tier private equity firms.

Prior to joining K&A in 2018, Ms. Huque was Head of Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruitment for multi-billion-dollar divisions of B/E Aerospace and Coca Cola. At B/E Aerospace (NASDAQ: BEAV) she led recruitment through the rapid global expansion across North America, EMEA, and APAC, and multiple acquisitions (including the $1 billion acquisition of the Honeywell Consumables business). In addition, she built out the executive team that grew the $300 million B/E Consumables business to a market leading position, and subsequent acquisition by Boeing for $4.25 billion.

Ms. Huque serves on the Board of Trustees of Airlink (a global humanitarian aid organization), and the advisory boards of the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP) and the Edge Foundation which provides affordable programs for at-risk children with ADHD. Also, she frequently speaks at leadership conferences and industry events on the topics of career advancement and board readiness.

Ms. Huque holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in Canada, and MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Pace University – Lubin School of Business in New York.
