14 Jun K&A Completes VPHR Search for On Campus Marketing
Kathy Johnson joins On Campus Marketing as their new head of Human Resources. On Campus Marketing provides goods and services directly to college students through endorsed relationships within higher education across the country. Since it’s founding OCM has grown rapidly both organically and via acquisition. Through partnerships with universities and colleges OCM has become a trusted partner to these universities and their students.
Prior to joining OCM, Ms Johnson was a Corporate Vice President for Micros Systems with responsibility for all human resource function for a company with 10 domestic locations and 27 overseas operations and over 1,900 FTE’s. She joins OCM’s leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives that will support their growth strategy focusing on talent management and acquisition.
