08 Jan K&A Completes Search for SVP Supply Chain & Fleet for Delta Air Lines
January 8, 2020 – Mahendra Nair has joined Delta Air Lines as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Fleet and will be succeeding Delta’s current SVP Fleet & TOC Supply Chain Management, Greg May who will be retiring in a few months.
In this role, Mahendra will be responsible for Fleet Strategy, Fleet Transactions, Tech Ops Supply Chain and Delta Material Services.
Mahendra joins Delta from GE Aviation where he spent 19 years, most recently as the P&L leader for GEnx engines. Prior to that he was the Americas Sales leader for GE/CFM engines & services, and has held various roles in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Six Sigma, Product Management and Services. Prior to GE, he spent 4 years in Sales of Consumer Goods in India.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and an MBA in Sales and Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
