07 Jun K&A Completes CFO Search for Thomas Scientific
June 7, 2019 – K&A announced today the completion of a CFO search for Thomas Scientific, a Carlyle portfolio company.
Effective immediately, John Bailey will fill the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bailey is an enterprise-level CFO with proven experience working with private equity-backed portfolio companies. Previously, he led two positive exits as CFO with a 3x cash return on behalf of private equity sponsors. His previous experience includes Big 4 public accounting. Mr. Bailey holds a CPA license and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
