September 9, 2019 – K&A announced today that it has completed a search for Chairman of the Board for Stonegate Capital.
Tom Gregory will fill the Board seat effective immediately. Ms. Gregory is founder, former CEO and CIO of Maranon Capital, L.P. Entrepreneur with over thirty-five years demonstrated success in private credit and equity investments dedicated to middle market companies, including deep creditor’s rights and corporate restructuring. He has over 20 years of experience as CEO, board chair / lead director with an outstanding track record developing, guiding and recruiting executive management to implement strategic change and operational business restructuring. He has served on 21 corporate boards of directors, ten of which as board chair and/or lead director.
