Niki Walker joined K&A in 2024 as a research associate. In this role, she identifies and evaluates top talent across a diverse range of industries to fill high profile executive roles.  Additionally, Niki is responsible for conducting research to build industry knowledge across the firm and assist in the growth and management of K&A’s extensive candidate database. Her current experience includes both public and private sector clients in industries such as aviation, transportation, financial and professional services, real estate, and defense.

Niki brings a decade of experience in media and journalism to K&A. She’s particularly passionate about high-level digital strategy, helping legacy brands like PBS and NPR connect with their next generation audiences. She is a staunch advocate for diversity and inclusion, particularly as it pertains to LGBTQ+ and disability communities.

Niki graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Photojournalism.
