After the company completed a larger cyber acquisition to augment their existing solutions business comprised of services and products, K&A was retained to find a business unit leader.

After a nationwide search Caesar Nieves was hired to lead this initiative. Prior to this role Caeser has had experience in both the commercial and government sectors. He previously had oversight for a 300million P&L and 1,200 personnel providing solutions to various branches of the government including Army, Air Force and Joint Services.
